Cellar – selected units include a cellar FREE of charge. If the cellar is not listed with the unit, it is not possible to buy it.

Parking space – unit prices do not include the purchase price of a parking space. Always contact the project agent regarding the possibility of purchasing a parking space for a specific unit.

OJPDU – commercial unit for long-term accommodation with VAT deduction (current rate for non-residential premises).

One room and kitchenette (two rooms and kitchenette) – the unit corresponds to the layout of two rooms and kitchenette. It will be approved as one room and kitchenette

Two rooms and kitchenette (three rooms and kitchenette) – the unit corresponds to the layout of three rooms and kitchenette, it will be approved as two rooms and kitchenette

Duplex flat – a unit on two floors.

Space – the total floor space of the apartment is calculated pursuant to the valid legislation (Government Directive No. 366/2013 Coll.). It means the ground plan area of all rooms in the unit including all load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures. The total floor space does not include the terraces, loggias, balconies, paved surfaces, front yards or cellars.

Internal usable area – the term used in the unit floor plans is the sum of the surface area of all rooms of the unit (i.e. bedrooms, kitchenette area, bathrooms, toilets, closets, hallways, etc.), excluding the surface area of the load-bearing or non-load-bearing walls, cladding and prefabricated bathroom-toilet units. Terraces, loggias, balconies, paved surfaces, front yards or cellars are not included in the internal usable area.

Unpaved surfaces – the outdoor area adjacent to the terrace belonging to the unit.

Price incl. VAT – the prices in the price list include the current VAT rate and are valid until the updated price list is published. The seller reserves the right to change the price list at any time, even up until entering into a binding reservation agreement with an interested party in writing.
